2.1 Membership Levels

2.2 Session Conditions (Fresh Guidance Tier)

• Must be scheduled through the official booking link
• 24-hour cancellation required
• Missed sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled
• Sessions do not roll over month-to-month
• Sessions are not therapy, legal advice, or crisis intervention

2.3 Payments, Renewal & Cancellation

• Membership renews automatically each month
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation applies to the next billing cycle
• No refunds for partial months, missed sessions, or unused benefits

Section 3 — Community Guidelines

Members must:

• Communicate respectfully
• Honor confidentiality
• Avoid trauma dumping without consent
• Use content warnings when needed
• Avoid harassment, promotion, or unsafe behavior
• Not privately message other members for solicitation or inappropriate contact

Violation may result in suspension or removal.

Section 4 — Intellectual Property

All content provided by Grandma Fresh LLC is the exclusive property of Grandma Fresh LLC, including:

• Worksheets, Videos, Audio, Text, Images
• Branding, Logos, Digital materials
• Educational modules, Coaching content

Members may NOT:

• Reproduce or Distribute
• Screenshot or Record
• Teach, Sell, or Share paid content outside the membership

Legal action may be pursued for violations.
